Foxcroft Kitchen, Laundry and Screened Porch

Join us on a quick tour in a Foxcroft home where THREE incredible spaces were remodeled.

We begin the tour in the kitchen where painted custom cabinetry lines the perimeter and stained alder adorns the center island.

The countertops, Everest Pearl honed Quartzite from AGM, bring the kitchen cabinetry together.

This island holds a 36″ sink base, dishwasher, trash/recycle pull-out, cabinet & drawer storage, and a 30″ hidden cabinet with push latch accessed from under the seating area, a great place for seasonal dishes. Decorative panels finish off the seating area for a sophisticated look.

Here’s the kitchen before, with some demo already taken place.

Appliances were moved and windows changed for better form and function.

Beautiful inserts keep cooking tools organized.

A hidden corner caddy is a great place to store large serving pieces.

Spices in this configuration are easy to access next to the range.

Next, let’s take a peek at the remodeled laundry room.  Here’s the before…

A little cramped for walking, and the wall space is not being utilized in the best way.

The finished result…

The narrow room was designed with cabinets to the ceiling for maximized storage and the rod over the machines is a convenient place for hanging items.

The Fioranese Cementine Cocci Colors 8×8 tile is even prettier in person and brings visual interest to the hard-working laundry room.

Our final space is a new Screened Porch.  The homeowner had a functional deck, but we expanded the living space by creating a screened porch addition.

Pillars in matching brick with lattice still screen extra storage, the grill area is just steps away from the kitchen and the eating/relaxing atmosphere of the Screened Porch can be enjoyed almost year-round.

This new porch expands the living space, a great addition for any party.

There is a seating area to enjoy a game on the tv, a table area to enjoy a meal together and extra seating to enjoy a quiet conversation.

Skylights keep the porch bright, and the ceiling fan keeps air flowing throughout the space.

Thanks for taking the tour with us!  If you’ve been thinking of enclosing a deck for all-weather use, please, give us a call. We’d love to give you a free, no-hassle estimate and see your dream come true.
