Guthmann Construction is growing!
Please, help us welcome our newest project manager, Mark Krawchuk. Our project managers are dedicated team members who work with our clients through the production phase of every remodel. They oversee each area of construction and maintain regular communication with all involved. We’ve heard many times how nice it is to have a dedicated person to contact with questions and concerns. Many of our repeat clients also request the project manager they worked with before, because many of them feel like friends by the end of the construction.
Mark comes from a family of fine European craftsmen, which was the basis for his training. He has worked in the construction field for many years and brings a wide knowledge base with him. Mark desires to bring respectful care to our clients, a professionalism he knows that Guthmann upholds. He is thankful for the opportunity to join our team and to share his skills and knowledge with us.
Mark and his wife, Christine, have been married for 22 years and are raising their children in their home in Waxhaw. In their spare time, they enjoy hiking, hunting, and just being outdoors.
