Designing Her Future – And Ours: Welcome, Olivia!

We’re thrilled to announce that Olivia Gray has officially joined Guthmann Construction as a full-time Design Development Associate!

Olivia recently earned her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the David R. Ravin School of Architecture, building on the strong foundation she laid at Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC), where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology. During her time at CPCC, Olivia was also an active leader, serving as an officer in the school’s chapter of the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS).

For the past few years, Olivia has been a dedicated intern here at Guthmann, and we’ve been fortunate to see her talent, growth, and passion for design firsthand. We’re excited to now welcome her to the team full-time and look forward to seeing her continue to thrive in her new role.
