We’re thrilled to introduce two outstanding additions to our team: Shannon Burke and Olivia Gray! Each brings a unique set of skills and experiences that will significantly enhance our projects.Shannon Burke is joining us as a Design Development Associate, where she will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our design projects. A proud graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in interior design, Shannon’s extensive experience and keen eye for detail will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and excel.

Beyond her professional achievements, Shannon is a dedicated family person. She has been happily married to her husband, Ken, for 23 years. Together, they have two wonderful children: Alden, a 16-year-old girl, and Everett, a 14-year-old boy. Their family also includes Sawyer, a 7-year-old dog who Shannon humorously describes as “a shed machine.”

Outside of her design work, Shannon stays active with her hobbies, including tennis and golf, and she loves to unwind with beach vacations. Shannon’s blend of professional expertise and personal interests makes her a great fit for our team. We’re excited to see how her unique perspective and enthusiasm will contribute to our projects and overall success.Olivia Gray is joining us as a Production Associate, where she will leverage her unique skills and background to enhance our drawings and provide essential support to our Design Team. Olivia recently graduated from Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology and is currently in her final year at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s David R. Ravin School of Architecture. Her academic background and hands-on experience will be instrumental as we continue to deliver outstanding results.

Before joining us, Olivia spent 5.5 years at Chick-fil-A, where she honed her management skills and gained invaluable experience. Her dedication and leadership in this role are sure to translate well into her new position with us.

Originally from Charlotte, Olivia is the youngest of four siblings, and her strong local roots have shaped her deep connection to the community. When she’s not immersed in production work, Olivia enjoys staying active with her hobbies. She was a nationally ranked debater and continues to judge local debate tournaments, showcasing her commitment to the debate community. Olivia also played soccer for 10 years, reflecting her teamwork and dedication. In her spare time, she loves crafting and exploring new skills, always eager to expand her creative horizons.

Both Shannon and Olivia bring a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our team, and we’re excited to see the fresh perspectives and energy they will bring to our projects.  Shannon and Olivia, we’re delighted to have you with us! Welcome to the team!
