Guthmann Construction would like to give a warm welcome to our newest design team member, Lori McIntyre, NCIDQ, IDS. Lori joined our team in 2020 as our new Interior Designer and Design Development Associate. She offers everything from initial space planning to placing the last decorative accent.  She can draw client floor plans and create 3D renderings to help the client envision their remodeled spaces, as well. With understanding the process of structural design, as well as the aesthetics of fabrics and finishes, she brings a complete understanding of home remodeling that benefits those who work with her.

Lori earned her Associates in Applied Science in Interior Design degree from CPCC and is a licensed interior designer. She is a professional member of IDS, the Interior Design Society. With 16 years experience working with architects and developers, she has a vast knowledge in commercial and residential remodeling, architectural design/drawings, green home design and site planning. Her expertise has been an invaluable addition to our team.

Lori is married and has a one-year old daughter. She enjoys music and has played the drums for 24 years. You can find her playing drums in her local church and in the Christian band, BelleRae. She also enjoys creating set designs for a variety of productions at her church. When she’s not busy working/creating, she relaxes by playing with her daughter and watching tv with her husband.
