We have won multiple COTY AWARDS (Contractor of the Year) and Excellence in Remodeling Awards from the National Association of Home Builders each year since 2001. We have won 7 Peoples Choice Awards in the Southern Living Home Shows, and The Charlotte Business Journal has selected Guthmann Construction for the TOP 25 Remodelers List in Charlotte, each consecutive year, since 2003.
